We are pleased to announce our acquisition of the Certified Public Accounting Firm of Mark R. Donato, CPA. On January 1, 2022, the combined firms will begin conducting its practice as Franks & Associates, LLC.

Franks & Associates, LLC officially began its professional practice in 1995. Its growth over the past 27 years has been predominately internal, stemming from the referrals of our client base and those of other professionals. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced tremendous growth over the years. This has been in no small way also directly related to the success our clients have had in their business and personal pursuits.

Here at Franks & Associates, LLC we will continue the tradition of excellent service, deep expertise, and a professional environment that our new clientele will want to be a part of.

 We are able to provide many additional services and areas of expertise for our new clientele. However, there are several things we want to point out that will not change:

• We will continue to utilize the services of Mark R. Donato, CPA in an advisory capacity to ensure non-interruption and a smooth transition of services to clientele

• All services offered by Mark R. Donato, CPA in the past will continue to be offered by our firm.
